Enrolled Agent: A Legacy of Tax Expertise
Brick Taxes LLC is a professional tax advisory and preparation business with a legacy rooted in family tradition. As a spin-off of Jones & Jones Accounting, our firm draws on decades of experience in the tax industry.
I am an Enrolled Agent (EA), holding the highest credential the IRS awards. As a second-generation professional in the field, I proudly follow the path of my parents. My father, a CPA and auditor for the New Jersey Treasury Department, also maintained a successful tax practice, where my mother served as a preparer. This upbringing instilled in me a deep commitment to tax and accounting principles.
My core services include Tax Preparation, Tax Advisory, and Tax Resolution. We also offer a range of business services, including business startup and dissolution, process reviews, annual filings, and strategic planning to help you manage your tax liability throughout the year, without the end-of-year headaches.
Education
To stay current with the ever-changing tax landscape, I am required to complete at least 24 hours of continuing Professional Education annually, ensuring I'm always up-to-date on new laws and regulations. This proactive approach ensures my expertise remains at the forefront of the industry, benefiting my clients directly. I also actively engage with legislators on tax issues that impact my clients.
Technology and Security
We believe in the value of personal consultation and are pleased to offer in-office appointments to those who prefer a traditional, face-to-face meeting at our Brick Township, New Jersey location.
In addition to our in-person services, our firm is fully computerized and committed to the highest level of security. All documents are scanned and saved to encrypted hard drives. Our mobile app, the TaxDome Client Portal, is protected with 256-bit SHA-2 encryption, the same level of security used by major banks. Our platform is hosted by TaxDome in secure AWS data centers and is accessible via desktop or a mobile app for both iPhone and Android. The client portal features document scanning, a secure chat, e-signatures, and remote payment options, allowing us to serve your needs securely and efficiently, no matter where you are.
